Add account selection to title bar

Hi,

I already suggested an improvement regarding synchronizing the account selection and quantity across grouped charts (here: https://feedback.atas.net/submissions/64ff0ed8cc7060e0362c1b0b)

Another great feature would be if one could simply select the account from chart title bar, too. Since one can already select quantity and timeframe from there, it would be very convenient to choose the account from there, instead of trading panel which would give more space to the chart, too.
