candle tick updates

I noticed that when the update frequency (Chart) is set to the minimum value, it also seems to affect chart FPS while scrolling through historical data, causing small freezes/stutters. Would it be possible for the team to make this setting affect only candle tick updates and not chart rendering performance? Alternatively, it would be great to have candle tick updates as a standalone setting with a simple min-max slider. That would provide much better customization and be easier on the eyes.
