Add the option to change tick size per row for every tool instead of scaling for every tool

For each tools it should have the option to change tick size per row. Scaling option is boring, am not saying it is bad. Don't remove that option. But give the independent scaling option for every tools also. Because I want the delta profile of NQ at 12 tick size. When I do that volume profile also changes. It reduces the accuracy. If you guys give the option to change tick size per row for every tool it will be helpful. So I can make the volume profile at 1 and delta profile at 12. Please add this
