Add the Limit chase order (limit order which follows price)

A great add on would be the ability to have a limit chase option for Atas similar to what Insilico Terminal does. Chase limit is a an order that chases the best bid/ask until a spike up/down gets you filled. The option to add a condition to the limit chaser is also important ie "chase buy x btc up to 0.2%" or "chase buy x btc +100$". In both cases being able to set conditions on the limit chase is important as you don't want to be chasing price for ever or in case of a massive volatility getting filled where you don't want to get filled.

These orders are post only orders and always get filled as a maker orders instead of market orders which is very beneficial for scalpers since fees play a significant role when it comes to maximising profits.
