Why is time function on ATAS so raw

I trade on CME futures, thus I want set all CME instruments into its local time. The best u can do on ATAS is to set CME to UTC-5, which is not totally accurate, since American time zone can change depending on seasons. On TradingView u can simply select “exchange time” and the platform will auto adjust for u. Unfortunately it’s not there on ATAS but it’s not a big deal
I then try to use replay function and find out even though I change all CME instruments to UTC-5, when I select date I still can only select format UTC-0, and there no other option, which is absolutely confusing. If not allow to select other time zones, why display this drop down menu?
