Add indexes: FTSE, CAC40, HK50, SMI

Connections

Hi guys,

As a professional trader, I like to have access to as many indexes as possible. It appears that some indexes are not available, which is a shame… Can you please add these?
At least the FTSE and HK50 would be amazing.

Thank you,

Valentin
