Add VOLD Ratio indicator

Would be super cool if there would be the Vold Ratio indicator.

VOLD Ratio is an indication for the market breadth. It measures the ratio of volume flowing into up stocks versus volume going into down stocks on the NYSE or the NASDAQ.
A ratio of higher then 3 shows a potential trend day long, a ratio between +2/minus2 indicates a rather choppy market situation. Ratio of -3 indicates a potential trend day in short direction.
