User-Code environment - Add Scripting Support for Custom Indicators, Alerts, and Logic

Hi ATAS team,

I’d like to propose a native scripting environment that allows users to code their own custom indicators, alerts, and analytical tools directly inside ATAS.

Right now, ATAS is a powerful platform for order flow and volume analysis, but it’s limited when it comes to user-driven customization. Many traders coming from platforms like NinjaTrader, Sierra Chart, Quantower, Motivewave and TradingView are used to writing their own scripts, whether to:

• Create proprietary indicators

• Code event-based alerts (e.g., price + delta + OI triggers)

• Build trading strategies based on Smart Tape logic

• Automate certain visual responses to market conditions

Suggested Features:

• Scripting support in C#, Python, Java or a simple scripting language

• Full access to:

  • Smart Tape

  • DOM data

  • Volume profiles, clusters, OI, etc.

• Ability to plot custom indicators

• Ability to generate alerts, sounds, or visual highlights

• Secure sandboxing to protect platform performance

Giving power users and professionals this flexibility would help ATAS become the most customizable and advanced order flow platform on the market.
