Trading hotkeys shouldn't be enabled by default

This feature seems dangerous - it’s very easy for a user to be unaware that pressing a certain key results in a trade being entered, so it would be far safer if users had to explicitly enable them first.

In my case, i have two monitors - one had ATAS open, the other had chrome / gmail. I left my desk, came back, sat down, thought Chrome was in focus and started typing an email. Turned out that ATAS was in focus and it had entered a trade, which i didn’t realise and only happened to notice a few minutes later. I had to close this for a loss.

I know users should be fully familiar with the application but in practice it’s unreasonable to expect them to be aware of every part of ATAS, and as it is it’s very easy for users to be unaware that pressing a certain key will result in a trade.
