Time Zone Correction

I am from India and my time zone is +5:30 which i am not able to set in ATAS and this is a blunder as atas has only whole number timezone which impact sometimes in recalling of charts if i save them for future use

    Even 3 years ago , u Planned this feature , I don’t know this is complete neglegence by development team even after changing thestatus to Planned
