Add more separate options for colors of indicators' lines, written text, price marker and text in price marker

if you want black lines with black text (or red) you cant' see the price because price color are the same than the labels, if I want white price in black label, D.VAH turns white too and white and white you see nothing. in red circle you can see a little little the text in white
