Take commissions into account in the journal PnL of closed positions

Currently, even if commissions are setup correctly, they are not taken into account in the detailed journal. I would like to use the download Funktion of the journal to paste the data in my local journal. Due to this missing function the profits look too high and I have to add the commissions manually. The data is already there, just the field and calculation of net profit is missing in the detailed journal
