Support OKX Europe (EEA) API endpoints (my.okx.com / eea.okx.com)

I would like to request support for OKX Europe (EEA) API endpoints.

Currently, the ATAS OKX connector only supports the standard OKX API endpoints. As confirmed by ATAS Support, connections from OKX Europe accounts (my.okx.com) are currently not supported.

This means that users from the European Economic Area (EEA) cannot connect their OKX accounts to ATAS, even when the API Key, Secret Key and Passphrase are all correct.

OKX Europe uses different API endpoints:

REST: https://eea.okx.com

WebSocket: wss://wseea.okx.com

This is not a request for a new exchange connector. It is a request to extend the existing OKX connector so that it also supports OKX Europe (EEA) accounts.

Since OKX has migrated European users to its regulated European infrastructure under MiCA, this issue affects all traders using OKX from EEA countries.

Adding support for the EEA endpoints would allow all European OKX users to continue using ATAS without having to change exchanges.
