LEVEL SYNCHRONIZATION ACROSS ALL TF

Colleagues, please implement a feature with automatic synchronization of levels in all open timeframes by instrument. For example, make this function a separate inclusion in the settings so that it can be disabled. Even in Wolfix there is no such feature. I think it will pleasantly surprise all ATAS users.
