Send Anchored VWAP levels to DOM

There are several DOM enhancements planned on the roadmap like importing a csv file and sending the output of an indicator to the DOM which is really great.

It would be great to be able to send anchored vwap levels and their standard deviations if enabled directly to the DOM. Of course, the value would have to be rounded to the nearest tick.

By extension, being able to do this with all drawing tools would of course be ideal.
