Add the filter to Fair Value Gap indicator

"FVG" is a very useful tool. To make the existing indicator more usable and clearer, it would be very useful if one could set at how many ticks difference an FVG is generated. This way, the many small FVGs (e.g., < 3 ticks) can be filtered out.
