Scroll bar for Smart Dom

Trading

It's very hard to scroll smart dom up and down without a scroll bar!

Just an ability to change the scroll rate with mouse wheel would be great, it is very clunky to move around.

i.e. set to 3 ticks instead of 1.

Also an ability to left click and hold the price column to drag would be nice to have.
