Scale additional footprint differently than main footprint

Currently proportion to “visible chart” applies the scaling to both the footprints. This is not ideal when the left is volume and the right shows delta, since delta gets reduced to nothing.

1. In the future, we could scale additional footprint by their own rules too.

2. Right now, just a toggle switch to turn on/off additional footprint scaling would be great.
