Reset Demo Account Balance to a freely selectable value

Instead of resetting the demo balance fixed to 100.000 it will be very useful, to set it to a user given value.

In case something goes wrong with the demo account, one could start whith the last amount.

And, for many starting traders, some amount around 10.000 would be more realistic.
