[Request] FTX Trading Platform integration

Dear ATAS - Team, 

since Binance has cancelled all derivatives and futures in Europe, we are not able to use it anymore. 
Therefore most of the european users need to use FTX. 

Please integrate FTX Trading Platoform into ATAS.
