Replay Tool: replaying of selected time frames (hour & minutes)

The "Replay Tool" needs a function to replay selected time frames of a day - like a possibility to start the replay at a specific time (hour and minutes) of a day.

It is just annoying when the replay starts at 0 o'clock, and you must wait until a specific trading session begins...
