Add the overlapping RENKO chart types

I love Atas platform. Great job team, this could easily become my #1 platform.

We are missing Renko charts with overlapping bars, such as NinzaRenko for NT8, which also includes wicks. We need to specify the bar size (16 ticks or 32 ticks etc), the step period betweeen each bar (say 2 or 4 ticks), and the overlap of bars (style)

The same can also be configured in Quantower by configuring the overlap of bars and period and total bar size, and also ticking the add wicks tickbox.
