Add possibility to convert simple SL/TP into Multi-level(to be able partially close position)

I would like to point out that in order to make partial closures of open positions, the platform currently allows you to set the respective closing position between the position and the TP-Reduce and SL-Reduce, reducing the size of the position. My suggestion is to manage these positions, since in the case of having a risk management that limits the number of lots, the platform does not allow you to set positions for partial closures because this limitation does not allow, for example, more than 2 contracts. So I suggest that both the TP-Reduce and the SL-Reduce be fractionable in order to be able to make partial closures from the chart.
