ATAS has evolved into a market-leading software but still has some significant weaknesses. However, it is unreasonable to expect that all requirements, especially in niche areas, will be developed by in-house developers. Therefore, I propose that ATAS develops or releases a plugin interface to give developers the option to integrate their own software. Particularly interesting for ATAS could be its own app store, which can be monetized for both ATAS and developers (similar to MetaTrader).

Background of my request is that I recently started writing essential statistics that are crucial for my work method. The limiting statistics in ATAS increase my workload by 300%. I was able to retrieve the data externally via Python and have obtained information from ATAS's temporary, CSV-like databases. At the same time, I extracted information from ATAS using optical methods (screenshots and text recognition), which are not made available to me. The entire process is necessary for me, but technically overly complex. I know several developers who are trying to bend ATAS to get reasonable data for their specific application. I think ATAS should take care of this need!

As a first iteration, it would also be sufficient if ATAS releases a plugin interface to integrate own modules. I want to emphasize that it is not enough to place indicators on charts. I'm talking about modules that can be integrated into ATAS's main menu (Statistics, Newsfeeds, Community Tabs). Almost every trader is forced to resort to external tools or Excel. There are certainly smart minds who can solve these problems for the ATAS community.

Especially important are the following event listeners (list not complete):

• Position and trade-related listeners (Open, Close, Change, Fill)

• Feed-related events (query historical data via the feed, e.g., highs and lows or indicator values within a period or at a specific time)

• Reading out account data (account balance, margin)

• Access to the program folder through the plugin (e.g., for synchronizing profiles)

• Action functions like opening a chart, starting a trade, drawing indicators
