ORB - Opening Range Breakout

This is an Opening Range Breakout script. It will plot the opening range high and low (green and red lines, respectively) as determined by the user input (default is a 15 min window from market open, 9:30 - 9:45 am).

It plots the high/low of any custom session and extends it until the daily close. It does not show on the timeframe higher than the length of custom opening session by default.
