Option to start ATAS with minimized ribbons by default

Just an idea for a simple option in the common settings section:

Start ATAS with minimized ribbons.

Right now you have to manually minimize the ribbons in main menu. This could be a nice QoL feature for everyone using this option so you don't have to do this on every start.
