One single alert for multiple conditions (AND / OR)

I want to create a single alert that triggers only if multiple conditions are true at the same time (AND).
Example: Big Trades SELL ≥ X + Absorption + (optional) Delta ≤ –X / Volume ≥ X / price at a level.
Today this requires setting multiple alerts → too much noise.
