More intelligent copy trade functionality. Middle mode and hotkey for positions synchronization

The following manager/copy trader currently has two trading modes - positions and orders. The reality is that neither one of these is ideal and sacrifices have to be made when choosing between the two.

Copy trading orders instead of positions is preferred but leads to significant risk exposure if/when some accounts get filled while others don't.

A middle ground between these two should exist in the platform.

An obvious way to implement this would be to copy trade orders (not positions) but couple this with an internal "safety" timer which forces the positions to re-sync after a set period if all orders are not filled. This would essentially function almost identical to a "convert to market after x seconds if touched or partially filled" seen on many other trading platforms.

e.g. - if limit orders are copied to all accounts, but only some accounts get filled before price moves away, then after X seconds ATAS will convert the limit orders on the unfilled accounts to market orders so that those accounts remain in parity with the rest of the group. Likewise, if an order somehow gets duplicated or rejected on one account for whatever reason, then ATAS will force that account to sync it's position back to the group with a market order after X seconds.

More importantly, and if nothing else, there must at the very least exist a hotkey which the user can use to force synchronize all positions manually if positions become decoupled from one another. Likewise, there should exist a functional "cancel all and flatten" function which actually works with the following manager and takes other account positions into consideration. Currently, if you try to use the "close position" function while account positions are out of sync, ATAS will only close the parent account - leading other accounts to flip positions entirely which can be absolutely catastrophic if the user is not aware.
