More complex filtering options/logic for footprint

The filter option in cluster settings is immensely valuable for me. I would really like to have more fine tune control over these settings, however. Please add the ability to filter by delta which is not currently a listed option. Please add the ability to use some logic statements for more complex filtering e.g. if/and/or criteria. Please allow the ability to re-order (re-prioritize) the filters as I have noticed that if a cluster fulfills the criteria for two or more filters, it will only be colored using the last filters settings.
