Make ATAS X navigable by keyboard

Almost nothing outside order entry can be reached without a mouse. Anyone using a Stream Deck, macro pad or keyboard-only workflow has to fall back on screen-image recognition and simulated clicks, which breaks every time the UI shifts.

Please add hotkeys for:

• Go to a layout tab by name or index. Next/Previous cycling doesn't scale, I run 15 tabs.

• Move focus between widgets within a layout (Tab / Shift-Tab, or a hotkey per panel). Hotkeys act on the focused module, but focus can only be set by clicking.

• Select an instrument entirely by keyboard — open the symbol search, type, arrow to the row, Enter to confirm. Enter currently does nothing, so the row must be clicked.

• Switch account.

• Chart Trader controls — One-Click mode, SL/TP on/off, and selecting an SL/TP template by name.

Together these would make ATAS X fully drivable from a keyboard or macro pad, and remove a whole class of brittle workarounds.
