Maginfier Mode - add independent Scalesettings

A setting to change the resolution/scale factor of the Magnifier Mode.
In volatile Markets the Zoom factor is to high and you can barely have a good overview.

So a setting in Chart Settings or in Global settings to change the scale would be a good improvement (see example pictures)
