Keep the transparency when changing the color

If you draw a rectangle and want to just change the color, the transparency gets lost. This is very annoying as you have to readjust it each time and there is no % either so you need to click a couple of times to get it right. Please detach the transparency from the color so you can change just the color and keep the transparency the same.
