Interactive Brokers Data Feed

This is an issue related to connection with Interactive Brokers through TWS. In the attached video, it clearly shows the time and sales volume not making it onto the footprint chart so this is a self-contained issue within ATAS. I am using a 1 second chart as an example to make the issues obvious but this is happening across every time frame when I'm live trading i.e. 5min, 15min, 1hour etc.. The bid and ask volumes are not being taken into account accurately on the footprint chart. This is a backend programming issue. Can a more senior developer help with this?
