Indicator Settings icon color and Chart forward arrow color based on indicator labels color

The color of the indicator settings icons and the chart forward arrow should be dependent on the indicator label color. As it is now, with certain chart background colors like grey the icons are very hard to read. This can be easily fixed by changing the behaviour to be dependent on the indicator label color instead of the chart background color.
