Improve orders window

Currently, whenever you cancel and order in the orders window it scrolls all the way down to the end each time which is awful. Also there should be a button which cancels all orders on all accounts rather than having to go into the list.

When you exit the software and it reminds you in the pop up that you still have orders there should also be a ‘cancel all orders’ button in this pop up so that you don’t have to go back in and try find your orders.

These features are simple and a no-brainer
