Import export notes

we should be able to importa and export notes. Currently I use 2 instance of SmartDOM…one where the scale$ is set to one and the other where the scale# is set to 4 or 8. The reason is that by using the scale and different auto center priorities I can see the depth of market from two different angles. but the notes column is great from marking off key areas and it could even be updated via csv.
