Implementation of Interactive "Callout" Drawing Tool (Anchor-based Annotations)

I would like to request the addition of a Callout Tool similar to the one found in TradingView.

Unlike the current static 'Text' or 'Label' tools, a Callout should consist of an anchored pointer (connected to a specific price/time coordinate or candle) and a floating text box that can be repositioned independently while maintaining its connection to the anchor.

Key Functional Requirements:

• Dynamic Connector: A line or 'tail' that stays attached to the specific Price/Time point as the chart is scrolled or scaled.

• Adjustable Text Box: The ability to drag the text bubble to any area of the chart to prevent it from obscuring Footprint data or Heatmap levels.

• Visual Customization: Options for background opacity, border color, and font size.

Use Case for Order Flow: > In VSA and Order Flow trading, it is critical to annotate specific high-volume nodes or liquidity shifts (e.g., 'Large Limit Order Absorbed here'). A Callout allows for detailed notes without cluttering the immediate price action or the Footprint clusters themselves.
