Hotkey to (de)activate the magnet tool

For example in Tradingview, when the magnet tool is NOT turned on, if you draw an object --> no magnet. But if you draw an object while holding CTRL, the magnet tool is automatically activated for as long as you hold CTRL. Release the CTRL button and the magnet tool is automatically turned off again.

This would be practical to have in ATAS too.
