global 'lock trading' setting

The currently available ‘lock trading’ feature works for charts/windows using a hotkey or context menu. But the lock trading setting is not saved with the workspace for all windows (only for DOM currently), thus each time the platform is restarted, the ‘lock trading’ setting for charts is reset.

The proposal is to provide a global lock trading setting valid for all currently open charts/windows. It could be implemented as a global lock trading hotkey OR in common settings for the whole application OR the lock trading settings for charts should be saved with the workspace.

The use case is avoiding accidental position opening when the user has activated atas hotkeys for trading and has other applications open in parallel. Atas tends to capture focus, and the unaware user, while working with other applications, can accidentally open positions in Atas.
