Please add the possibility to activate the display of drawings "Global" by default for all new drawings. So that you can only deselect individual elements.
Not just that. The whole panel should be globally configurable, because I also need to set the “Locked” setting for each object. It always drives me nuts when I displace my drawings just because I want to scroll the window.

At the very least there should be a toggle in the object list where you can select all drawing objects to make all or none global... To take it a step further instead of making them all or none global it would be nice to have a selection for which chart to apply them to...
For example maybe i have 4 charts total but only want the levels drawn on 3 but not the 4th.

Yes, I totally agree.
There are templates for drawing tools in development.
I hope we'll be able to define global and locked in the template options.
