Footprint Value Area Gap indicator

It would be great to have a Footprint Value Area Gap indicator.

The indicator should highlight the background horizontally like the imbalance indicator or vertically (different option choosable) whenever there is a Value are gap up or gap down. Like the imbalance indicator it would be nice to have the background highlighted until it gets filled with the horizontal option (close back above or below in the opposite direction, then the box should stay on the chart, but closed)

Please also add the option to set the threshhold minimum and maximum amount of ticks a Value Area Gap is seen as valid, so you have a filter option based on the gap size.
