Fix Order/Pos Lines to Behind Bottom Indicator Window

When orders or positions (shown on chart) go to bottom of screen they show above the indicator window, which serves no purpose.
Additionally the tag disappears? Why have the line showing without the tag?
I was told by Dymtro this is normal and should be a special feature request? I see it more as a malfunction, so here I am requesting a special feature.
