Fibonacci Retracement: Improve "Reverse Fibo" option accessibility

In the Fibonacci Retracement drawing objects please move the "Reverse Fibo" option to the "Main" section at the top of the settings menu instead of the "_Main" section all the way at the bottom to improve the accessibility.
