FEATURE REQUEST — Persist Chart Trader account selection through broker reconnects

After the nightly Rithmic maintenance window (~1:00–2:00 AM CT), the Chart Trader account dropdown goes blank and must be manually re-selected before any trading can occur. There is no API available to force re-selection programmatically — TradingManager.Portfolio returns null post-reconnect until the user manually picks the account from the UI dropdown.

Request: Add a "Default Account" setting in Chart Trader (or ATAS platform settings) that automatically restores the last-used account selection after any broker reconnect or maintenance window, without requiring user interaction.

Workaround used currently: Manually save workspace before close. Still fails after nightly reconnects.
