Please extend your customer support hours. Those of us living in North America have little or no chat/real-time access to the support team due to the difference in time zones. Your limited hours puts users outside of Europe at a support disadvantage. By comparison, Deepcharts has a support chat function in the user dashboard that connects to a human 24 × 7 (I’ve used it several times and the quality of the support is very good). If you are positioning ATAS to be a world-class trading platform (and I think it can be), you need to consider providing world-class support.
