dynamic % taken from the current price to the current horizontal level of the cursor

I will be very usefull to have a live ruler displaying the % from the price and the horizontal level where the cursor is.

Could be written just under the cursor on the right or left side (using opacity maybe to suit everyone preferences.)

i will be very usefull in my case because i always check the distance from the potential entry to the potential 1st TP in order to see if its interesting or not.
