Drawings Timeframe Visibility

Add a feature that allows to choose on which timeframe our drawings can be visible (not only global).

This could be made in two ways :

• Intervals visibility (to chose on which time intervals we want to see the drawings) : current and above interval, current and below interval, current interval only or all intervals

• By setting directly the visibility (on which timeframe we want to see the chart) : allowing us to choose the minutes, hours, days, weeks, months, years
