DOM OFFSETS TO JOIN BID AND JOIN ASK + KEYBOARD SHORT CUT

I would like to suggest that we add what many of the best DOMs have as a feature which is to be able to JOIN BID or JOIN ASK with an OFFSET. Say you want to join bid and your offset is 2 ticks. Bid is X you would join it 2 ticks below.

I would like to see this with a Keyboard short cut.

Many others have this feature, we are a TOP notch platform, and should have this as well.
