DOM : "note" column is filled with levels

Here's another idea that I find very practical.

If I draw a Y highlight, it would be perfect for the DOM note column to fill with the same color as the highlight on the right price levels.

If I draw a global line, it sends the text of the line on the price level to the DOM.
