DOM : import .csv levels

I've already proposed an idea for the DOM Note column to be automatically filled with the price and text coming from the global line and global highlight plotted on the chart here : https://feedback.atas.net/submissions/64f0ea055527814abb46cd08

Instead of or in addition to this feature, it would be nice to be able to directly import a .csv file containing the levels.

The DOMs of other serious platforms offer this option (Bookmap, Jigsaw, Sierra), and it's very practical.
